Privacy Policy

WAIL is on-prem by design. Runtime processing occurs inside the customer's environment. WAIL does not require prompts, model responses, provider credentials, customer files, or generated runtime evidence to be transmitted to WAIL for runtime control.

Limited product telemetry

WAIL may transmit limited product-usage telemetry to help understand adoption, usage, and version distribution. This may include an anonymous installation identifier, WAIL version, license plan, last activity time, total invocation count, cumulative active runtime duration, providers used, and model names used.

What telemetry does not include

WAIL telemetry is not designed to collect prompts, model responses or other generated content, API keys or provider credentials, customer application data, files or documents, or generated runtime evidence.

Transmission and reliability

Telemetry is transmitted periodically over HTTPS. Telemetry delivery failures do not prevent runtime requests from executing.

Licensing and local state

WAIL may maintain local licensing, trial, entitlement, usage, and integrity state on the customer's machine as necessary to operate the software.

Third-party services

When you visit this website or follow links to services such as GitHub or PyPI, those services may process information under their own privacy policies. WAIL's runtime integration with an AI provider does not replace the relationship between the customer and that provider.
